Terms and Conditions for Package 1: STARTER

1. Agreement and Scope

These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by GrowTime Marketing LLC herein referred to as "Contractor," to you, herein referred to as "Client."

The services include the following:

• Competitor Strategy Analysis

• Landing Page Creation

• Conversion Rate Optimization

• Ad Copywriting

• Lead Generation

• Ad Management on the best-performing platform

• Real-time Reporting

• Monthly Meetings

2. Payment Terms

• The Client agrees to a minimum of $600 a month for as spend.

3. Contract Duration and Termination

• This Agreement is valid for a term of 3 months.

• In the event of contract termination, no refunds will be provided for any amounts paid by the Client.

• The Client must provide at least 30 days' written notice to the Contractor of any intention to terminate this Agreement before the end of the contract term.

• An early termination fee will apply, calculated based on the remaining months of the contract, as follows:

  • First Month: Termination in the first month will result in a fee equivalent to 50% of the total amount due for the remaining months.

  • Second Month: Termination in the second month will result in a fee equivalent to 30% of the total amount due for the remaining months.

  • Third Month: Termination in the third month will be considered as a notice period, and no penalty will be applied. However, the Client must pay the full third month's fee.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide necessary information through the onboarding questionnaire.

• Attend the onboarding meeting.

• Review and approve provided materials.

• Supply photos, testimonials, and other requested materials.

• Grant access to necessary platforms.

• Add payment methods and ensure timely payments for ads.

• Respond to leads promptly and follow or adjust the suggested sales process.

• Collect information on sales closings for optimizations.

5. Confidentiality

All information exchanged between the Contractor and the Client is confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be settled by international arbitration.
